City Trust was formed following the strategic restructuring of the corporate and trust services arm of Fortis Bank in 2007. All management and staff remained with the new company and are focused on developing the business further and consolidating their existing position as an industry leader in corporate and trust services.
Our management and shareholders believe that the company, now as an independent service provider, is better positioned to develop its service offering both for its existing and new clients.
