Our structured finance team provides high quality administration services to clients establishing special purpose vehicles (“SPV’s”) or Trusts for use in structures specifically designed for use in the capital markets.

We have worked with a number of the leading investment banks, law firms and tax advisors in setting up and managing vehicles in Ireland, UK, Jersey, Guernsey and Luxembourg.

Our main experience has been in multi-jurisdictional commercial paper conduit structures, loan note programmes, multi-issuer programmes and bankruptcy remote vehicles.

In addition we have been involved in setting up vehicles being used in global project finance and acquisition finance structures.
